Cubs
Cubs are aged between 8 and 10 1/2, and take part in a wide range of activities designed to be interesting and challenging. A Cub Scout meeting consists of games and activities with plenty of time spent outdoors. Camps and weekends away are some of the most memorable events of the year for Cubs.
Cub Scouts are young people aged between 8 to 10½ years, boys and girls.
At 2nd Molesey, our programme is designed to provide adventurous, challenging and interesting activities that provide important skills useful in later life, whilst having fun at the same time. Some of the activities we have done this year are Climbing, Abseiling, Archery, Air Rifle Shooting and several District led events.
The Top award you can get in Cubs is the Chief Scout Silver Award – this encompasses our 'skills for life' motto and all the badges that you can get in Cubs flow into this.
At 2nd Molesey, we also do several camps in a year, including our annual Cub Camp, Group Camp and District led camps.
Our pack meetings are on a Thursday starting at 6:30pm and collecting at 8pm.
